The Role
We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to deliver both operational and strategic HR support to Partners, management and staff, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will manage day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle and provide expert guidance in the design and execution of the FB Rice's People and Culture Plan & related projects.

As our People & Culture Advisor, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the Head of People and Culture to deliver the annual People and Culture Plan
- Work closely with the P&C Advisor and P&C Coordinator, providing mentoring, coaching and supervision where required
- Work closely with P&C team to manage all national operational HR requests with input from HPC as required
- Provide advice to staff about P&C policies and procedures and ensures these remain in accordance with legislative requirements
- Develop and coordinates P&C services throughout the employee life cycle
- Assist with the facilitation of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee and Safety & Wellbeing Committee by providing professional guidance
- Identify skills gaps, and implements training and development programs to develop a high-performance culture/workforce
- Ensure the safety of all staff, and that all workplace health and safety obligations are met
- Manage staff grievances/complaints with Head of P&C input
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records
- Oversee the preparation of HR documentation – employment agreements, HR letters, induction packs
- Develop P&C Team Updates and Board reports/papers with the HPC
The successful candidate must have:
Essential
- Minimum 4 years HR generalist experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in an appropriate technical discipline (e.g. Employment Relations, Human Resource Management);
- High level of computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, HR systems
