Your new role
An attractive opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our highly successful Intellectual Property (IP) team in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining our internal document management system and data entry in our internal IP database
- Managing case reminders and deadlines
- Liaising with clients in Australia and overseas, including drafting correspondence autonomously
- Generating invoices
Generally
- Cooperating with the Credit Supervisor to ensure that debt collection policies are met.
- Liaising with internal and external clients regarding queries
- Seeking the creation of new name and address details into the database
- Accessing and using online patent databases of various patent offices
- Providing other assistance as required to other teams
Your Training and Skills
To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have:
- Administration experience will be highly regarded
- IP experience is desired, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately even during busy peak times
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and typing speed of 60 wpm
